Founded by hospitality executive Christine DeVita, DH Talent Partners was built around a straightforward idea: recruiting in hospitality should be led by people who understand the business.
With a career spent in restaurant operations and leadership, DeVita brought an operator’s perspective to recruiting—looking beyond a résumé to understand how a candidate leads, how they operate and whether they are the right fit for the organization they are joining.
“Hospitality is a people business, and recruiting should be no different,” said DeVita. “From the beginning, I wanted to build a company that our clients and candidates could trust. That means knowing the industry, being honest about the opportunity and taking the time to make the right match—not simply filling a position.”
Over the years, the firm has worked with restaurant groups, independent operators and hospitality organizations on leadership searches ranging from restaurant and culinary management to senior and executive-level roles.
