How We Serve Charlotte
Executive & C-Suite Search
We identify and place proven leaders — from executive chefs and GMs to multi-unit directors and C-level operators who set the standard for your brand.
Restaurant Recruitment
Front-of-house and back-of-house professionals matched to your concept, culture and service standards, so every hire fits from day one.
Consulting
Tailored support beyond hiring — concept, operations, training and profitability — to help your restaurant grow with confidence.
Great Talent, Without the Guesswork
Finding the right person takes time most operators don't have. We streamline the search: our recruiters bring a minimum of ten years of operations experience, so they understand the difference a single hire can make on your floor and in your kitchen.
Every placement is backed by our No Questions Asked replacement guarantee — if a hire isn't the right fit, we'll find the person who is.
Recruiting on Subscription
Hiring is rarely a one-off. Our subscription model gives you continuous access to recruiting support and a steady pipeline of vetted candidates — flexible, ongoing, and tailored to how your Charlotte operation grows.
Recruiting in the Heart of Charlotte
Founded in 1768 and named for Queen Charlotte, this North Carolina hub carries deep roots — from the American Civil War to the Civil Rights Movement — while balancing southern charm with modern city life. The U.S. National Whitewater Center, the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Carowinds and Uptown’s Levine and Bechtler museums sit alongside the Panthers and the Hornets.
We recruit across Charlotte every day, so we know where the strong operators and the best people are. Tell us what you need and we’ll bring you candidates who fit your concept from the first shift.

- Haberdish
